Privacy policy
The short version
This website collects as little as possible. There are no accounts, no contact forms, no cookies set by us, no analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit doesn't trigger requests to third-party font services.
What is processed when you visit
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, GitHub may log standard technical data about requests — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and operational purposes. We don't receive or store these logs ourselves. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.
Services you choose to use
Some links on this site take you to third-party services. If you use them, their privacy policies apply:
- Calendly — if you book an audit call, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, time slot) under its privacy policy. We receive the booking details to run the call.
- WhatsApp — if you message us, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its privacy policy.
- LinkedIn — links to our profile are governed by LinkedIn's own policies.
If you email us at hello@hivion.ai, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain our business records. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Client project data
Data we access during consulting engagements — your business systems, databases, and workflows — is handled under the written agreement and confidentiality terms of each engagement, not under this website policy. It never flows through this website.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU GDPR or India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold — for this site, that's essentially limited to email correspondence. Write to hello@hivion.ai and we'll act on the request.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics or a contact form — we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
